well it could mean one other thing.
if you look at it, its not a car tire, its motorcycle tire. And when the dog wen through to jump it, it realized its too small and moved away the other way. So when it says FAIL, it coud mean the owner failed because he put a motorcycle tire in it instead of a car or truck tire
