get it insured under your parents then pay the insurance through them. I'm just grasping at straws here stuart. I dont want him on the road at all but if he is going to insist i want to make sure the people he hurts are cared for.

2. get the car registered under your parents name
3. get insurance on the car under your parents name
4. do you realize if you crash and hurt someone, you have no insurance, and they will sue YOUR PARENTS... would making a video of a slow car be worth you and your family loosing everything they own? you would loose your house, car(s), anything of value. its not worth it
5. i cruse at 80 because i travel mostly 95 percent of the time on the highway where thats normal traffic speed, but if you just floor it and then come up to the car in front of you, what if they see a pot hole? they slam on their brakes and u hit em.. it will be all on you

Som much pwnage in this thread is out of hand, Dontoh, you have no clue how stupid and ignorant you are, same deal as when your parents say they dont want you to make stupid mistakes, I just had this talk with my lil sister who say my parents control her, It took me 3 wrecks and now a permanantly messed up neck to wake up and become a defensive driver.

If I didnt have insurace, which I now pay 200/month for, for all my wrecks I would be in insane debt. Dont make stupid mistakes. Every dumbass highschooler thinks they know things..... trust me you don't. I dont either but I do know good advice when I hear it now.

Edit: oh, i know exactly what nike is saying, i wrecked quite a few times and got several tickets before i learned to just drive normal on the road, no one is going to say look at that civic going the speed limit, he must be a homo... srsly, i slid onto a median, i smacked a stop sign, i backed into a mailbox while talking on a cell phone, i got speeding tickets left and right, street racing, its not worth it, rly, if you wanna race, goto a track.

Anyway, I just guess I never thought of it, never really thought I drive enough to make anything serious out of an accident, and when you put it THAT way, it's definitely not worth it just in case something happened.. And naw, I'm def not like most high schoolers my age, THEY don't listen. If I wasn't gunna listen, then I wouldn't argue, I'd just tell ya to stfu and go out and drive. But obviously I've learned something, and obviously aren't going to drive anymore. Civic is locked up in the garage til spring..

But for real, I wouldn't just stand here and not defend myself, that drives me nuts

 

why not get a liscence? and if you cant, just atleast get insurance.. no liscence and a crash means you loose your liscence for a while and maybe a fine.. no insurance and hopefully you dont plan on owning anything in the future like a house or a car..
