ok guys i want your opinion. im thinking about doing my whole engine bay black, like everything in my engine bay. my valve cover, intake, probably heat coating my turbo black. do you guys think it would look bad if i did that?

 

go for it, just leave the turbo the way it is so it will stand out

I agree, that sounds like it would look hot, but i would most likley leave the turbo alone.

 

ok guys thanks for the advice. i dont have pic of my bay right now because it needs a lot of work. the guy that had it before me i dont think he ever touched the engine. which really upsets me because the bolt in the altenator was ceased to the altenator so we had to break the altenator. but as soon as i get to working on it i will post pics up. i just need to know what you guys thought about it.

 

What kind of black are you thinking? primer black or high gloss?

 

primer black but im doing the valve cover wrinkle black like everyone told me to do before.

im not a big fan of black outs, either inside or on the outside of cars.

a little shine makes a black canvas look good.
