ok the homeless prob in downtown Jacksonville is getting really, really bad...and a local High Italian Restaurant owner has taken it upon himself to prove to the city how bad it has gotten....to do this he goes around all day filming and taking pics of the homeless doing whatever...well this is one of his vids, and he has posted many more on youtube for the city officials to see...
