It's definatly a nice Civ. personally I wouldnt have a problem with someone buying it done out because then your not really paying the full price for all the mods. But I understand where everyone is coming from. I would definatly do some interior work or something not that it needs it, but just to give it the personal touch. I like it when people buy completely stock civics and then mod the crap out of them. But yeah. Nice find!
