ok 3 things I would suggest taking a look at

1 Plugs, heat range, and gap
2 Plug Wires, dizzy cap
3 Ignition timing

All I am seeing is hp charts but one of them is up around 215ish whp but to tell the truth I think it may be tuning issues.

That 215 is the old setup.

The heat range is where it should be. The plugs and wires and dizzy are brand spanking new.

Then it is ignition timing. Maybe the intake cam is not timed correctly. Timing needs to be pulled though because man it will introduce knock which is what I think is happening. Is there anyway for you to pull logs from runs or anything? It is really just a guessing game with what I have in front of me

Hit me up on aim if you get a chance

Remmy if you can see if you can get a screenshot of your high and low cam timing maps. Logs would be better, at this point I think anything other than just an HP graph would help.

Honestly, run it down the 1320. See what you trap at, that will be a good indication of what kind of power you are really making.

The only way you should be scoring a 160whp on a dyno is if you're spinning the tires. [&:]

Marty, timing is fine. It doesnt knock. I can pull logs per say because this Power FC is the first generation and does not hook up to a laptop.

Well something is a miss because the dyno wrong or not is jumping around like crazy. That is a sure sign of cam timing, sorry man the guys you have tune your stuff may be good at some cars but it sounds like they are not goo with all of them. There is absolutly no reason for it to do this, pull the numbers it does. Look around the net man at dyno plots from well known tuners and you will see how flat it is compared to yours. This is why I have allways said a tune will make or break you.
