Ok, what happened was that after 5500 RPM, it would fall on its face. It was running too rich. But regardless it was still faster than 168 by a long shot.
Later that day my mech street tuned it for the remaining power and jacked the boost up to 15psi. It is faster now but im going to take it to a mustang dyno next.

Ah ok, I thought it sounded familiar. I still have a feeling that it's the problem, and it sure as hell doesn't help that it uses it's own unit and doesn't communicate with a laptop. The timing is clearly off, and it looks like that management has knock deterrant. I wonder if it's sensing knock and pulling back like that, because the graph is choppy as hell and doesn't seem to know what it's doing. [&:]
