and I have to agree with you there pat... it just doesn't seem right... I can see the teggy maybe beating him in the 1/4 mile or somthing... but on here it just blows right past him like it was nothing... just don't seem right....

CFT could easily have themselves a 12 or 11 second street car
and check some of the vids/stats on the cars....that civic si.....runs in the 9s and that integra i belive runs in the 11's or lower, so as for beating that viper, its not a big deal...CFT is crazy...if your ever in FL try to stop by their shop.
and remember, from a stop, that Viper would walk the teg until it got rolling, since the viper is a big torquey v10 with RWD, and the teg is a high hp, lower torque (low end of course

i dont doubt that CFT could build a teggy to viper eating specs. their civic has the same engine and runs 10s with lots of legroom for more (as in they could turn up the boost to 40ish, or so they claim). once the vtec kicked in it would walk a viper all day long
k i went back and looked at their videos (i have all them saved on my computer). that integra puts down about 530hp and runs an 11.4 sec quarter mile with a trap speed of 135mph.
of course...their 6th gen civic makes that look like nothing. 10.17@146. 30psi...749.9whp (they had two dyno runs with results in one of the videos). orgasmic? you bet!

see, its that stupid fast trap speed that comes into play when walking a Viper on the streets. a 135 for the teg, compared to about a 115 for a Viper GT-S. thats a HUGE difference.
135 is an amazing mph for a mid 11s car, but like sacs said, that is ALL traction. but, keep in mind that ive seen entire classes of vipers, and they arent great for traction either, especially the earlier generations. something else to keep in mind...its not like the 11.4 integra is running against a 12 second mustang who is topping out right past the QM mark from all of the gearing work. the viper has LOTS of room to go on the limiter before topping out...it is a car capable of around 185mph, stock...which i dont think that the intergra made to run 11.4 QMs is capable of doing.
