-6061 aircraft grade aluminum-$25
(half the weight of mild/stainless steel)

-316 stainless steel-$30

-Mild Steel-$20
(with clear coat)

-White Plastic (delrin)-$20
-Black Plastic (nylon)-$20
(Plastic ones come with brass insert to reinforce threads)

Install takes less than 10 Minutes

how does it attach to the cable, since the cable isnt threaded?

It slides over the existing rod and tightens on with a small set screw.
