Ive got an RCA 8" 8 ohm subwoofer that has never woofed in its life. I pulled it out of a sub that was given to me and slapped in an 8" Kicker Comp VR. The sub was currently sitting in a box until now when I found it. It is a year old and I have tested it and it is working. A great little sub to have in your room. $10 and you can have it.
