Default 94 Civic NOT F/S anymore

I feel so bad for writing this, but here goes...

I'm selling my baby with some goodies that I haven't had the chance to put on the car yet.

Good:

The tires have literally 95% thread on them.

With it I'm including is the rear disk brake conversion with NEW rotors. It does have e-brake cables and a proportioning valve, it's ready to go on the car it's just that I had no time to put it on now. The stock airbox with filter and all botls is also included.
I have had this car for less than a year and I've been happy with it and I really hate to part with it (you all know what I mean). The major mods are in my signature. The ones not included are the LCAs which I will include a picture of later on, the SRI, Subaru WRX seats and the gauge cluster. The car has less than 120K miles. I will post accurate milage later on today.

Bad:
Rear bumper has a crack and a fairly large scratch on it. It's fine the way it is and could be fixed. I just never bothered cuz it doesn't affect the car at all.

The reason I'm selling the car is that my wife is refusing to go in it...I need to get a bigger car ASAP. I just can't afford insurance for two cars. Looking to get 3K for it.

what kind of gas mileage does it get?

I live in PA and am in the market for something with good fuel efficiency for a new found 60 mile each way commute to work.

I'm getting around 28 mostly city driving. I drive over 150 miles per day as weel. I would love to keep it, but as stated above my wife can't sit in it already (just theree more months to go) and I can't afford to have two cars... It's probably 35 or over if you're highway only.
