i got another 96-98 radio bezel with heater controls and the defroster/hazard switches as well.
the vent side piece was missing but i used the piece from another bezel i have thats cracked and kinda messed up, and i glued it in the good bezel here.
only thing missing is the one side clip, but not needed to hold it solid since its screwed to the dash at 5 other spots

those vent tabs are pretty common trouble spot since they can pop out if you push to hard. but i got it glued in now so it should ever pop out again. moves freely.
came outta a 98 4door civic from my junk yard.

 

i also have the older scared up and one small crack in it as well with heater controls.
