K&N intake off of a 95 civic, 80bucks shipped you should be able to make it fit a 96-00civic easy enough with just drilling a hole in the intake where that one blank spot is for the air temp sensor to slide into. VERY EASY TO MODIFY AND MAKE FIT!
i believe it will fit manuals but would need a different bracket fabed up to fit automatic. but very simple. from what i can see brand new they come with two brackets one for manual and one for auto. but its just a simple metal bracket straight bar just bent.

i also have TWO 99-00 civic center dash radio bezels. 80shipped each.
BUT both of them have cracks. one is cracked on the top center above the vents, and the other is cracked right in center above radio opening. BUT I HAVE GLUED THEM BOTH WITH EPOXY AND THE CRACKS DONT LOOK TO NOTICEABLE.
