I know I just recently bought these HID's, but I had something come up and I could use the money for. Since this was the last purchase I made that made me dig in my wallet, they are the first to go. These HID's were bought in the group buy on this forum and I originally paid $410 for them. These do featuer low AND high beams. Everything is plug and play. The light pattern is pretty decent, but I think with some modifications or an '04 - '05 headlight, it be very good.

If the 2000 Civic takes H4's, I'm going to say they will fit. This is a complete kit. You recieve the bulbs, ballasts, igniters, controllers (for high beams), and all the wires.

 

No takers? $300 shipped.... These are basically brand new and work as high and low beam for your stock headlights.

Everything needed to install is included. You may want some zip ties, but you will not need any other wiring.

 

$200 shipped before I put them on eBay.
