I friggin hate when people say, "make an offer" and then get offended when someone does. If you have a price in mind then spill it, otherwise be prepared to get lowballed. $620 isn't exactly a joke of an offer either, especially with no pics and having been listed by a newb.

 

Yeah, I agree. Just name your price and be done with it. Most people won't say the price hoping the offer is more than what they had in mind. I could use $620 in my pocket right now.
