all i can say is no they are not...like first of all no aftermarket company provides a 3 year warrenty on entire kit..these are rubber injected to guarantee the waterprrof shock proof, etc. there is none other like that.and there are electromagnet ones but more moving parts means more ways to fail.the ones with 4 ballasts means there are 2 xenon chambers on 1 bulb. and if you have seen the single beam ones the shorter filament is the high..well that is the high xenon which provides a different beam pattern causing a "high" beam. meaning there are 2 hid kits on 2 bulbs 2 chambers per bulb...if you guys are truly interested in them i can figuer it out and get a lower price for you guys..like just check out mobilehid.com to look at the ballasts and stuff they even compare the other compaines' ballasts there is no comparison period

hmm those look interesting.
does that bulb design do anything to reduce glare and such that you would normally get from installing HIDs in non-HID headlights?

i might be interested at a later time but as of now i don't have any money available. I just replaced all 4 rotors, rear pads, and my fast idle valve, so i'm kinda low on cash.
maybe later this year though after i get some other mods taken care of.
