yes it will hook up to any touch screen it uses a vga plug just like any monitor and a usb for the touchscreen.

the specs are all in the first post if you go to the motherboard site it lists all the info on the motherboard. It includes 1 GB DDR2 533 memory. The hard drive is a western digital 320 GB HDD preloaded with XP and all the drivers and everything are already set up along with the program to run everything called centrafuse.

yea the one i have is a lilliput 7" touchscreen there are various brands like lilliput, xenarc and a few others but on ebay just type in 7" touchscreen and it will pull up tons of results
