WTB: Civic Power Steering Parts

I have a 95 Civic DX Coupe That I'm wanting to add power steering to. I already bought a pump and bracket.

Looking for the following:

Power Rack and Pinion
Reservoir
Power Steering lines
Crankshaft Pulley
