I'm looking for a low-ish miled (under 130,000) 1999/2000 Civic Ex coupe. Preferably silver, but I am also open to black. It's got to be manual. Minor bolt on mods are fine. I live in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota, so if your around there and have what I'm looking for send me a PM.
