need a cheap everyday civic
I am looking for a cheap (<$800) car for winter driving that has most everything working. Newer than 1990 and fewer than 200K miles. Preferably a stick. Also, it must must must have good tires or be $400 so I can buy a set. I guess the only other condition is that it has to be near Syracuse, NY.
