Hey im looking for a D16 vtec block for my new coupe in the 200 to 300 bucks range and i need it fast let me know whats up.

you can have vtec with any d16 block, all that matter is what head you put on it.

 

i know i have a d16y8 vtec engine but the girl that had the car before drove it with out oil and broke a rod and gouged out the #1 cylinder walls and messed up who know what else. Im a VW guy and dont know the Honda world that much so im trying to find some info on where i can find a bottom end preferrably something half way decent.
