WTB: 88-91 CRX HF or 96-97 EK Hatch shell near NC for under $2k

Things I want are simple:
88-91 CRX HF that runs
doesn't smoke
5-speed
minimal/no rust
clear title
(Will also consider 88-95 CRX/HB shells of any trim but it needs to be very near Mocksville (zip is 27028 or 30 min Southwest of Winston-Salem)
or
96-97 EK Hatchback Shell (or one w/ blown motor)
Is somewhat complete or isn't missing anything vital (besides the obvious motor/tranny)
5-speed
minimal/no rust
clear title
I have $1500-$2000 (possible more depending on my current car's needs) to work with so I'm not looking for the best, but I'm interested in ONLY those years/models with those specifications in my price range. Thanks, Mak

What's up man? I'm from Winston. Don't know anyone with that. Oh, I saw a mid 90's hatch the other day for sale on Country Club road in W.S. ( Maybe a 96'). They wanted $3,100 for it. 5 spd., air, teil green, new tires and muffler. Manual locks and windows. It looked decent. 160K I believe was the mileage. Welcome to HCF.

Where exactly on country club is the hatch gunmetal? I know some of CC (around meadowlark/Lewisville-Clemmons road and from there towards Winston a few miles mostly) Did it have a contact #? thanks, Mak
