Default WTB! Distributor 95 D16Z6

The title pretty much says it all... I need a distributor for my 95 Civic.... Mine has developed an oil leak that lets oil get into the cap and then drip into the trans... Im hoping to find one on here for sale that does not leak... Autozone wants about $180 for one and If thats my only option then I guess thats what I have to do.... Feel free to PM me if you have one for sale

Thanks

Wait... oil gets into the distributor? Is the cap (housing) cracked, or do you just need a new O-ring? Sry if I am over thinking this.

Your not overthinking it... But its neither... I replaced the o-ring thinking that was it... I found out that after a while the main shaft of the distributor gets a little play in it... and even replacing the oring will not seal it tight enough so that oil does not get past... Basically it travels down the main shaft and into the cap... its not leaking very fast yet... but when it does it could block the contact points on my spark plugs.... That will be a fun day... I just know its going to happen at like 2 am when its 32 degrees and raining.... Thats just my luck...

I'll see if I have something laying around... I have a good feeling that I do for some reason.

I have one for you if you want it. It was pulled off a z6 about 2 years ago when my buddy did his B swap. When it was pulled off, there were no problems with it. The only thing "wrong" with it is that two of the screws holding the cap on are missing. You can just use the ones that are on your current distributor.

PM me with your location and an offer if you are interested.
