Ok guys I have been saving some money for awhile and im ready to turbo my civic. I planned on piecing together my own custom kit but I wanted to check on here for any complete kits that are in my budget range for parts. The kit doesnt have to be complete. I have set aside about $1000 for the parts so if you have some parts for me let me know.

I have a rebuilt ported 14b I need to part ways with. There is no shaft play and all the fins are in great shape.
