So yesterday completly sucked, I woke up in the morning and go outside and there are a few puddles in the driveway. Okay thats normal for an oregon winter at my house. Well by the time I run into town to drop a friend off I come back and there is a ****ing river running through my driveway. So of course I couldnt drive the civic through it, so I took it up to my grandparents who live on a hillside and I end up getting my grandpas jeep. And so the rest of the day I endedup spending loading crap up on trailors and pulling it out with my F-350. And then later that day I decide Im going to go to albany (about 20 miles from where i live) well on the way there i find that I cant becasue everyroad is shut down. So now Im sitting at home and not to happy becasue I cant go do a damn thing and I cant work in the shop becasue it has like 2 inches of water in it. luckily I got all my tools out of there. But now I am dreading haveing to move it back in. And the best part about all this is were suppose to have 5 more days of straight rain, damn i hate living in oregon. Oh and my grandpas jeep gets blown around by the wind more then my civic while your driving down the road.

 

It sounds like your having alot of fun out there on the Oregon Trail.

 

That was the coolest game back in the 5th grade on those old *** macs. My school was pretty broke.

 

Yeah it sure was. Also Ive been to Oregon. Been to Portland or around there. I was 6 when I was up there. So I dont remember much about it. So have fun. Its just like Texas when it rains, but there it pours down in one storm and we get floods and I have to go a different route home because of couple of hills around where I live flood the f*** out. I hate it. That and no one knows have to drive in the rain.

 

yeah if you dont know how to drive in the rain in oregon your as good as dead. so everyone here knows how and the ones that dont you usually see them in the ditches that are full of water and alot of the ditches around where i live gould swallow a semi. the problem in oregon is noone can drive in the snow.

dam that blows, when i live we never really get fulds, mabey 1 time a year if that..and my basement got fludded and i no how much it sucks

 

Yeah, here in Indiana, we don't get a whole lot of flooding, just a lot of snow, so I'm dealing with the same type of thing.

 

As of now I can't go off to school because the two major highways that go to it are shut down and the entire county has no power. Rain could be the worst element to face. It kills slowly but surely and you're stuck once you realize what it's doing.

 

I remember that game i stilll wish i had that game. that game was the ****.
