Does anyone have this cell phone. It's the new verzion one with the keyboard and ****. I bought mine the day it came out so I have had it for a little while but tonight when I was looking for ringtones it locked up. I took the battery off and turned it back but verzion just comes on the screen and that as far as it will. Has anyone else had this problem.

 

I took it back today and got a new one for free but I lost 55 pic's and ringtones and all my damn numbers

 

damn that sucks bigtime

 

at least verizon was cool about it.

 

They wasn't at first . They tried to make me pay $50 but I was like hell know the phone is 2 months old and I aint paying ****

 

So how is the VX9800, you liking it?

 

I like it all except this little locking up thing.
