I am really interested @ expanding my music tastes, so i just am wondering what is everyone's top 3 bands. and if there is some reason in peticular then feel free to post why. if people do this then hopefully everone will see suff they haven't seen before.

1- Tool - Just an incredible band that's been around and is absolutly nuts live.
2- Coldplay -"know how i know you're gay...you like coldplay"(40 y/o virgin) no no no. Coldplay is sick, that dude should be shot.
3- The Mars Volta - sick progressive energy music

my top 3 fav bands from this era are

1. Dispatch
2. OAR
3. Donovan Frankenreiter/Jack Johnson (tie for 3rd lol)

Hellz yeah. OAR's new stuff isn't as great but still dope. My ex went to highschool with most of them in Rockville, MD (She was three or four years behind them.)

As for my top three, it's tough but:

1) Blink
2) Dave Matthews
3) Third Eye Blind
