alright, my parents and siblings are going to asia for vacation next month and was wondering...

1) can they bring cd players/mp3 players on board?
2) cameras/laptop on board?
3) my mom's makeup and misc things on board?
4) how many suitcases a person may bring? and how much could each weigh?

If any of you know just let me know because my parents are going in less than a month so they will know how to pack and such. thanks a lot.

 

Weight of the suitcases depends on the air line. When i was coming from India on AirIndia, you were allowed to bring 2 75lbs(i think) suitcases. I would think you can bring walkmans/mp3/camera/laptop with you. I dunno about the make up. However, when i was traveling the crazy stuff with no liquads was not in effect.

Just went to Japan about 2 weekends ago... Northwest and Delta allow two 75lb check ons and I dont know about the carryon weight... as long as it fits up there... You can have electronics now but the usual off during take-off/landing... just dont bring any liquids and you wont have any issues and lipsticks and solids you have to bring as little as possible or else they make you throw it away.
