how do you get moved up? mine used to say newb then one day it changed to rolling start? how do you make it go higher, is it the number of posts or something? sorry for being vague i dont know what its called

Yeah. You will be promoted every time you reach a certain post number i beleive first gear is like... 35-40 and then 2nd gear is like 120...
