if your replacing your shocks, u might as well just look for a spring/strut combo and lower it

we gotta know where its rubbing, fender? wheel well? what rims are these? because your car with stock height and 195/60-15 tires should not be rubbing

What is the offset on the wheels??? Is it rubbing on the inside or outside of the wheel??? How many miles on the clock??? Has the car ever been lowered (is so I would guarentee they are blown, speaking from experience)

Posting pics will help alot!!

Oh and before I lowered my civic. I ran a set of 15x7 on 205/50r15's and had lots of rubbing but they were also low offset and off of a 1986 BMW 318i. Any dip in the road or hard corner or speed bump or 3-4 people in the car resulted in lots o rubbing. only had them on for 2 weeks.

you should have 205/50/15
No, 195/50/15

195/60/15 are too big, I would start there by getting the correct tire size.
