Do you guys think s-techs springs with stock 15's are ok in the winter? Need to go through about half a foot of snow, sometimes more.....

I wanna get them but I dont want any trouble in the winter......

I have my stock honda wheels and tein springs in the winter, and I have only had a problem 2 or 3 times in 2 winters. I live in Ontario canada, and the only reason I had a problem was that we got like a foot of snow over night, and its not on the road I had a problem, just unplowed parking lots. You will be fine, I worred about this alot before my first winter with them, now I dont even think about it.

Im having a similuar problem with my 00 civic. i bought the lowering kit from tokico. shocks and springs. the blue shocks are the hp series and it came with tokico red springs. the drop is suppose to be a 1.4 drop but my problem is that the front end of the car looks the same maybe a little higher and the back drop way more than 1.4 i can put three finger between the tire and wheel well lip in the front and only one in the back. plus i cant drive the car without the rear hitting the rear wheel well lip whenever i accelerate hard or taking a turn. i also install a camber kit on all four shocks and had the car alignment done. i have after market tires and rims on the car 17" tire size 205/40r17. i had to put back on the factory rims back on the rear so i can drive the car till i get it fix. i called tokico and the tec told me to take the camber kit off. that i dont need it with that small of a drop. is that true. im not sure what my off set is but what should it be and where can i find it. the rims have some numbers and symbols but not sure what they are.any suggestion on how i can fix this problem... thanks

u dont need a camber kit for dat much of a drop u only need it for 2" and lower i think u should take out the camber kit and put the 17's one if u still got da problem then just call tokico again or try to sell the shocks

Do these Megan Racing Springs provide the same drop as the s-techs?

It's close.. the Megans are 1.5" and s-techs are 1.3" in front and 1.4" in back (for your gen anyway)... it won't make much of a difference... I doubt you'd even be able to tell them apart once they're ona car.
