18' rims on 2001 civic lx?

Default 18' rims on 2001 civic lx?

Hey everyone, new to these forums and as a honda lover. Recently got my 01 civic and 16' konigs came on but i wanna step up to some 18' kyolas i found. I hope you enthusiasts could help me out with this, thank you.

sorry but those wheels are hideous but besides the looks 18s are to big for these civics unless your lowered your car is going to look like a monster truck. also 18s will drastically throw off your speedometer make the ride quality like **** and ruin your cars acceleration and we all know how freaking slow these cars are in the first place why would anybody want to make them even slower iss beyond me.not to mention the sheer weight of those wheels say goodbye to your MPG. you shouldn't go any bigger then 17s 16s are the ideal size.
