Ok im working on a friends a 2000 civic SI which is supposed to have a 98 intgra type R 5 lug conversion. When i recieved the car the brakes didnt work, when you press the brake it goes to the floor the first time but if you pump them it gets some pressure. I tried bleeding them several times but still no luck. I started looking at the rear calipers and the caliper on the right has a L on it and the one on the left has a R on it so i tried switching them but it hits on the knuckle.Im wondering if somehow they are the wrong calipers or if maybe they are for a JDM Integra. BTW from my understanding the conversion was bought in pieces. Any help would be be greatly appreciated.
