Question '99 Honda Civic Brake Issues

Ok, I'm having an issue with finishing my brake job. I have a 99 Honda Civic 2DR DX Manual. The Brakes wore pretty bad so I decided to change them while I was putting a new clutch in, an issue I'm still resolving, seems I have to move the driveshaft/axle for that one but oh well, 1 thing at a time.

I've included pictures and video of it just to show you. I'm curious if its just *stuck* or is there a trick to moving it. The drawn model in the Hand Book shows 2 bolt pins (top & bottom) While mine only has one bolt in which I removed and the top one is hinge... I guess would be the right word.
