Default Advice wanted on 89 Civic wheels

I have an 89 Civic hatchback DX and wanted to get some new wheels for it (the stocks are bent and have a slow leak). I was considering getting some after market 13s (stock size) and was wondering if anyone had any advice on something light and affordable.

I am also considering either 14s or 15s, but I am concerned about the fit, performance, and ride if I go to a larger wheel. However, I noticed a lot more options, especially with the 15" wheels. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would go with some 15 inch Rota Slipstreams in flat black.
