Affordable shocks/coilovers help
 

ok so i want to lower my car, and i was looking at some coilovers on ebay, and planned to keep the stock shocks on, the thing is, I don't want to regret making a mistake in the purchase, so I wanted to know if you guys know where I can get the set of shocks with coilovers at an affordable price, yet keeping a good product that won't crap out on me. thanks.

i got a friend selling a set of used tein super street coilovers for $500 + shipping. i think its been used for 1000 or so miles. if your interested i can ask him for more details

"affordable" means different things for different ppl. What exactly is your budget TOTAL?

I would say about $200 lol im on a tight budget >.<

Get some S techs or keep saving..... No way you will get full coilovers for 200......... cant be too cheap on suspension man.

Only thing you'll get for $200 are springs. The Tein S.Techs are a fair priced spring that you can run on stock shocks.

Either that or keep saving... A decent spring/shock set costs around $400. Good set of coilovers will run atleast $800.

Stay away from any cheap eBay stuff. In the long run it'll cost you more because you end up replacing shocks and suffer from a bad ride so probably end up buying something more expensive. Do it right the first time and you'll save money.
