Default anyone break a tokico adjuster?

I got a set of Tokico Illuminas and all the red adjuster ***** were broken off. After searching for much longer than i expected, I found the number for Tokico's factory which is 1 800 548 2549

I called and navigated through the automated crap to a real person, and upon hearing my problem the guy asked my name and address and said a new set was on the way no charge.

I bought them used, didnt even have a warranty and the conversation was less than 40 seconds.

Tokico customer service is awesome

Good deal. Great to hear customer service is still alive and well.

Actually, it reminds me of Corbeau seats; I've heard several stories of people calling Corbeau asking how to get new seat covers due to the originals fading and Corbeau sending them out free of charge, no questions asked.

I've heard that this is a huge problem with these shocks. Probably why they were so eager to fix it.
