Argh, noise from rear wheel
i have a similar problem, when i make a turn at low speed with decent acceleration i hear a clinking type noise. it ended up being my exhaust would rub against the body near the right rear wheel.
I've been having a similar problem, evertime I turn left or when I hit the brakes really hard I get the clinking/knocking sound from the right rear wheel. For the life of me I couldn't think of what was causing it. I just ignored it because it only happened when I was going about 20 mph. It's the strangest thing, I'll have to check the exhaust when I get back from the desert.
Same exact problem here. (new 2008 civic...less than 3k on it now)
I had an ice/snow scraper in the trunk; thought it might be that, but took it out and noise still there. Mostly when I'm turning after a red light/ stop sign, or coming off/slowing down from a ramp off a highway. Always at low speed. Never hear it after getting up to 15 or 20mph.
It's goin' in for oil change at dealer tomorrow anyway, so will have them look.
Hope it's something stupid...and quick.

my suggestion is to just always go 20+mph, jk. and from the sound of it, it's not a wheel bearing, considering the click. first things first, take off the brake drum to inspect for any broken pieces.
If its not brake related...I had a bent rim once that made noise when Id go slow on turns. It would have more pressure on it during turns and I guess would kind or grind a little. The lugs felt like they were tight, but it just depended on how the wheel was sitting.
