Default AWD Civic

Anyone have any good info on how this awd conversion works for a 99 civic. I've heard you can swap the rear end from a crv into the civic. Of course you have to beef it up cause the stock crv rear end sucks but will it work?

you would pretty much need to get an awd vehicle and frame, and mate it to a civic body. if you really want awd, i suggest looking into an actual awd car.

not worth the $$$ to re-fab the rear subframe to handle the suspension and torque loads it wasn't made for...unless you have a HUGE pile of cash that you wanna waste, you're better off getting a subie or something thats FACTORY awd....just my $0.02692
