just don't buy ebay no-name springs/shocks/coilovers

RE: bang for buck handeling
get front and rear sway bars, and strut bars. also get a rear tie bar/ chassis brace. in order for you to install a front sway bar, you will need to get front lower control arms from a 96-00 civic ex or lx. for the rear, just buy an integra rear sway bars w/ endlinks. it will bolt right up. this is the chassis brace that i got from ASR. works really great and it stiffened up the chassis even more.

a new set of ksport coilovers. they'll have you driving like a madman in no time.

i bought it used for $150. it came w/ the sway bar and spherical endlinks. if you buy it brand new, this setup would cost around $300-350.

Thanks for the help. I like the swaybar idea. I think ill go with that for now, and get some sticky treads after mine ware out.
