Default Boing!

Hey everyone. I have a little concern with my suspension. It's on a 99 SiR with roughly 95k on the odometer. Stock everything. My concern is every once in a while when the suspension cycles over certain bumps I hear a "boing" kind of spring noise. Sometimes it doesn't happen for a week or two and other times it'll happen a few times a day. I've had two mechanics take a look at it and I have as well with nothing found. Maybe coil bind? Maybe the springs are shifting a little? Sway bars maybe? It happens at all four corners but mostly in the front. Is this a common issue with the 99-00 Si and SiR? Didn't ever get this from my 95 Si. Thanks in advance.

PLEASE DELETE. MOVED TO PROPER SECTION.
