not sure if it was already a thread (didnt seem to find one) but any one know how much work it would be to switch out the old drum brakes and into a disc?

How did you not find one? This topic has been covered sooo many times. In fact, a guy on here recently gave an entire walk through and everything. Just search rear disc conversion.
