brake fluid boiling under braking

my brake fluid seems to be boiling when slowing down from speed because the brakes go really spongy and dont really work. its quite scary! this happenes when braking from speed but its not eventhatexcessive braking! whats your views on my problem? [&o]

you might have a bad brakemaster cylinder...my brakes felt like that when i had two blown drum cylinders and a bad master cylinder
