Default Brake help, drums are shaky

When I apply my brakes, the drums are making the car shudder. I recently replaced all the rear drums andshoes, and the frontdiscs and pads. The reason I know it's the drums is that when I use only the e-brake, I get the shudder.
Do I need to adjust the shoes somehow? Help?

assembled correctly? no missing parts? u sure u put the primary shoes on the right sides? the wheel cylinders are ok? lug nuts tq down?

adjusting the shoes should only make a difference in the pedal feel as far as pressure, not shaking.

When you say primary shoes, all four shoes look the same so I don't know the difference.
I replaced the wheel cylinders. Lug nuts are torqued down.

Did you get new brake hardware when you replaced the drums and shoes?

take the drum off and chek it for grooves or wear patterns and see if anything appears out of the ordinary. could be your shoes are not getting enough pressure to properly seat against the drum surface and it skips, kinda like when you have a glazed over clutch and it shudders.
