Default brake noise

I heard creaking sound in the following cases:

(1) At the moment when I release the brake , I heard creaking sound from the brake.
(2) Or if the brake is not pressed firmly enough after the car is stopped, i.e., release a little bit, the same creaking sound is heard.

So is it normal for the above 2 cirsumstance? Thanks.

How long has it been doing it? I had a car that did it and it turned out to be just a tiny rock

I have one more problem with my brake:

(1) Sometime I braked and trid to slow down, I felt that it kind of speed up firstly a little bit , then slow down. It does scare me!
(2) On the other side, sometime at the moment when I released the brake, I felt that it stopped a little bit, then moved on.

Thank you very much for your suggestion!

Kick *** idea, but they will sometimes tell you something is broken when it really isn't. If they are really crooked they will break stuff so they can fix it and/or spray fluid around and tell you there is a leak when there really isn't one. BUt i've always wanted to try that but i find its usually easier jus to diagnose it myself. For your creaking sound, you might just need to greese the brake pedal.
