I have a 96 civic coupe DX 1.6LNVTEC and i was wondering what the best rotars, pads, and caliper for aftermarket like??

Best rotors- any OE replacement is fine. There's no need for slotted/drilled if you have good pads.
Pads- Hawk HPS is more than enough for any street car.
Calipers- Stock.

Basically what I'm saying is just get good pads and you'll be fine. You don't need any crazy upgrade unless you're making a ton of HP and/or are seriously track racing the car.

IMO, I would go with some OEM blanks, and some Hawk pads.

I like the idea of ceramic brake pads, although I've only had them on for a couple months so i cant attest to the actual lifespan. They cost more, but they are supposed to last much longer, they produce less brake dust, are easier on your rotors, and they dont squeal.
