camber kit work??
 
for all of us who dont no..or mabey its just me:eek:, how does a camber kit work? ya its sopposed to make your tires go from / \ to strate again, and i understand how they are installed, but what makes it make your tire strate?? how does it no which angle to make your wheels at???? do you have to adjust them when you put them on to get them to the right angle?? thanks guys

you have to manually adjust it, which means you'd need to take to alignment shop so they can set it to spec.

^ not true, camber is not adjustable on civics' stock suspension. That's why you need a camber kit.


I don't know how they work either but I'd like to find out.... anyone?

The rear camber kit replaces the upper trailing arm mount with a turnbuckle. This allows the camber to be set back to stock...like 0 to -1*. There are two or three styles for the front camber kits. The nicest (best) type replaces the entire upper A arm and has an adjustable sliding ball joint. Type two has replacement fittings for where the stock A arm mounts to the body.
