camber kits, ball bearings or arms or both?

ive been researching camber kits for my 99ex civic. i see that some come with arms, some come with ball bearings, and some have both. i heard that if you replace the arms it could end up rubbing against the car or something like that. so when buying the kit do i need the arms and the ball bearings or just one or the other? if one or the other, is there one that is better to get?

just get the arms. if your car is slammed, they will hit, but if its lowered less than about 2 inches, it will be fine. and mine hit, and i dont see how much it will hurt it. its really not as bad as it sounds, as long as they arent hitting all the time. it will only stick up maybe half an inch higher than the stock arms, so if youre going to hit the kit arm, you just might hit the stock ones too.

yeah i current have neuspeed sport springs, i think my car is lowered aprox. 2 inches. thanks for the info, on a side note, i planned on buying some new shocks since my current ones are still stock, do shocks also lower the ride at all, or does that depend on the brand?
