Can I put the stock strut/springs from a 2004 SI onto my 2003 SI? both front and back.

I know the cars have the same body and frame, however there are subtle differences between the two, for example the hubs are bigger in the 04's. So please don't assume it can be done because of the similarity between the two cars.

If you know for sure yes or no it can be done please let me know. Thanks for the help everyone!!!





Reason being, my friend has the stock 04 SI spring and struts with 500 miles on them that he is going to sell me for my 03 because my fronts are shot, and I figure I should just replace them all for cheap as long as I have the opportunity.
