RE: Clicking noise after lowering
one important question is, have you had your wheel alignment done after you lowered your car? Are there any loose bolts or brackets or rubber splash guards?
check under your wheel well for tire clearance. and if you have done this already, do it again with the car jacked up, level, then put it in Neutral and give the wheel some spining while you turn the wheel.
Maybe your the clicking could be your CV-joint, half axles wearing out? check your CV joint boots for cracks while you're down there.
if the sound is only heard in the cabin, if the sound is coming only from front passenger side, and only coming from the wheel?
the sound might be coming from something just hitting your wheel or axle, check to see your wheel well splash rubber guards are clear of wheel movement, especially when your wheel is turned.
is the clicking, loud? high or low pitched? can you coast your car through a turn with your engine off, like in a parking lot you can better listen for the sound.
